matic wines
Matic is a young, motivated and thoughtful winemaker. He is part of a younger generation of winemakers not satisfied with the status quo. All Matic wines are dry farmed, and hand harvested.
Matic uses only native yeasts when fermenting the wines. He practices biodynamic farming methods and bottles all wines by hand with love. He is certified as carbon neutral.
Matic harvest the grapes from his 8-ha estate located in northwestern Slovenia. The future is bright, and we are happy to be along for the ride with Matic.
