Mea Rose - Pet Nat 2021

This is a sparkling rose pet-nat comprised of all blaufrankisch grapes from Matic Wines.

This Mea Rose has a beautiful light pink glimmer in the glass with an exceptionally fresh nose featuring notes of cut citrus fruits, spring flowers, and even fresh cut grass. Dry on the palate you’ll find a nice lemon-lime note, lemon pith, with a beautiful streak of acidity so common to all Matic’s wines.

The finish is wonderful with hints of cherry, bubble gum and the acidity leaves your mouth clean and wanting more.
